Email contact@apps-horizon-mobile.com or contact Rémy on LinkedIn. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. The app’s Report a problem screen prepares a text-only email with the app and iOS versions. You can review and optionally include the last 20 actions to help us reproduce the problem. Leave out any private conversation you do not want to share.

Getting ready for practice

Allow the initial language and model downloads to finish over a reliable internet connection. Keep enough free storage for the resources shown in the app. Once the required resources are ready, supported practice runs locally on your device.

Voice and microphone

Check microphone and speech-recognition permissions in iOS Settings if voice practice is unavailable. You can use text input where offered. Some system speech resources must be installed before voice practice works offline.
